Our production arm
CROP House
The execution engine. We assemble and manage creative teams for specific project and branding needs, bringing client briefs to life from first call to final delivery.
The founder edition
CROP House is the missing link. Built for creatives, by creatives. This is who is behind it, and how the model actually works.
Who we are
We build and manage creative teams that deliver high-quality visual work for brands, and we give creatives a structured, collaborative environment to do their best work. Our system encourages collaboration, specialisation, and growth through practical project development.
CROP House addresses the disconnect between talent reliability and brand visual marketing. Our model handles the heavy lifting of sourcing, vetting and deploying creative talent, so that each project we produce is efficient, intentional, and consistently high quality.
Mission
Build and manage creative teams that deliver consistent, intentional visual work.
Vision
A structured creative ecosystem where talent and brands grow together.
Call to action
Plant your next move. Act with intention.
The two pillars
CROP House is the production arm. CROP Network is the talent layer that powers it. Together they connect the right people to the right work.

Our connector model
The talent layer that powers every CROP House production. A collective of verified creative talent, matched to the right projects. Built for creatives, positioned for connectivity.
The founder
Creative director and visual storyteller, First-Class Filmmaking graduate of the London Film Academy.
Tiwa's experience spans the full production process: from shooting and editing to directing and team coordination. Through her platform BTSWITHTIWA, she has built a portfolio known for cultural awareness, visual clarity, and consistent delivery.
CROP House grew out of her experience navigating the industry independently, where she saw the limits of fragmented workflows and the lack of structured opportunities for emerging talent. Her approach focuses on building systems: clear roles, better collaboration, and environments where creatives produce their best work. That foundation is the model, a scalable way to connect talent with opportunity, and brands with consistent visual storytelling.
